You’re a go-getter who wants to be an integral part of a huge growth story. You're hands-on and inquisitive with a borderline obsessive-compulsive desire to improve conversion rates. Your scientific mind hypothesizes about new site experiences based on a wealth of insights that you derive from data-driven analyses and experiments. You know more than enough javascript, css and html to implement most every A/B test yourself. You’re not a UX/UI designer in practice (perhaps you pretend sometimes that you are), but you recognize a great user experience when you see one.

Drive conversion rate increases for all brands in the Resonance portfolio by:

  • Optimizing the entire site funnel for each relevant site segment
  • Owning all site A/B testing; from implementing an A/B testing platform to conducting usability testing to confirming all results with statistical rigor and site tracking tools
  • Continuously improving website landing pages, features and functionality through a robust optimization program
  • Conducting all site usability testing; from usability testing panels (e.g. usertesting.com) to site feedback collection
  • Mining user behavior insights by visitor segment and using these insights to ideate site experience improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a website testing and/or UX focused role
  • Proven proficiency in web analytics, specifically Google Analytics
  • Understanding of Tag Management solutions, ideally GTM
  • Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms
  • A sound understanding of the methodology and mathematics behind effective testing
  • Familiar with audience segmentation strategy & audience-based testing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
  • Proficient in coding javascript, css and html
  • Builder mentality, Action-oriented
  • Passionate about marketing; you continuously pursue knowledge and stay on top of trends.
  • Must have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in a high growth start-up is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in something that interests you.
  • Undergraduate degree
