• Drive significant customer growth for each of our brand partners at an efficient CPA relative to LTV.
• Build, manage, monitor, test and optimize campaigns to increase performance.
• Create campaigns with compelling copy and sophisticated targeting and segmentation based on key discoveries using 1st party and 3rd party data.
• Assist our Acquisition Lead in managing monthly and quarterly budgets across all paid channels.
• Explore new potential advertising and technology partners that will allow us to accelerate user growth.

• Identify processes ripe for automation to enable us to scale our acquisition efforts

Requirements

2-4 years experience in online marketing with a focus on customer acquisition

Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is a plus

Detailed ad tech knowledge is a plus.

Balance between creative and analytical thinker who isn’t afraid to present new ideas and take risks.

Builder mentality

Passionate about marketing; you continuously pursue knowledge and stay on top of trends.

Must have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Demonstrated excellence in something that interests you.

Undergraduate degree
